Kingspan Thermaroof TR27
Kingspan Thermaroof TR27 is a flat roof insulation board for use on roofs waterproofed with fully adhered single-ply, partially bonded built-up felt, mastic asphalt or cold liquid applied waterproofing.
The board is compatible with most green roof systems and is ideal for both new build and refurbishment projects. Thermaroof TR27 is easy to cut, handle and install compared with some other commonly used insulants.

Kingspan Thermaroof TR27 is designed for use within warm roof assemblies where a wider range of waterproofing options is needed.
With a rigid, fibre-free PIR core faced on both sides with coated glass tissue, the board is designed for use with fully adhered single-ply membranes, partially bonded felt, mastic asphalt, cold liquid waterproofing systems and green roof applications.
Delivering a thermal conductivity as low as 0.024 W/mK and a high compressive strength of ≥150 kPa, Thermaroof TR27 gives specifiers a flexible, thermally efficient option for both new build and refurbishment flat roof projects.
