We operate from a 75,000 sq ft facility and are set up to handle both planned and urgent fabrication work where programmes are under pressure. We stock commonly used material types and gauges, allowing us to respond quickly when lead times are critical.

Our capability includes a wide range of flashings and fabricated components, from standard profiles through to more complex project-specific requirements. This includes single skin and insulated gutters, supported by a dedicated gutter assembly line.

Our manufacturing process is scheduled around live project requirements which align with installation programmes. We also have the capacity for urgent site requests where components are needed to avoid delays and keep projects progressing.

We are approved manufacturer for Euroclad and Tata Steel, supporting compatibility with established roofing and cladding specifications and consistency across supplied components.

Our 75,000 sq ft facility in Skelmersdale includes two production halls and dedicated storage space, supporting both specialist fabrication and high-volume delivery.

Keeping production in-house provides tighter control over quality, sequencing and turnaround, and allows us to respond quickly when programmes change without affecting consistency.
