TATA Steel Trisobuild
Trisobuild is a built-up wall solution for modern steel buildings, combining steel sheets with a cavity for performance.
This site-assembled system features a pre-finished internal liner, Instaloc Plus spacer, mineral wool infill, and a pre-finished external weathering skin. It is installed to form a multi-layer wall build-up with thermal and acoustic performance.

Trisobuild combines internal and external steel sheets with an Instaloc Plus spacer and mineral wool infill. The spacer maintains cavity depth, supporting thermal performance and reducing cold bridging, while the steel skins provide external protection.
Trisobuild can be installed vertically or horizontally. It is supplied in a range of profiles and assembled on site using modular components.
