We provide an in-house aluminium fabrication service for façade, roofing and architectural applications.
At Gordian Building Solutions, aluminium fabrication is carried out in-house to support projects across the UK. This gives full control over accuracy, consistency and finish quality, whether for planned packages or fast-track requirements on site. Offsite fabrication also helps reduce installation time and improves coordination with wider project programmes.
The service covers flashings, trims, cladding components, cassette systems and bespoke aluminium profiles in PPC, anodised and pre-coated finishes for façade and roofing applications. Components are produced to project specification to support efficient installation and consistent detailing on site.
Our Service

Aluminium components including flashings, trims, cladding panels, cassette systems and interlocking profiles are produced in-house. This gives control over output and allows both standard and bespoke items to be delivered without relying on external fabrication. Production is adjusted to suit project requirements, including non-standard details where required.

Support is available during live projects where additional fabrication is needed to keep works moving. When sequencing changes or extra components are required, these are reviewed and progressed through production where possible without delay.

All components are supplied fully fabricated, labelled and packaged for installation, ready for fixing on site.

Our 75,000 sq ft facility in Skelmersdale includes two production halls and dedicated storage space, supporting both specialist fabrication and high-volume delivery.
Keeping production in-house provides tighter control over quality, sequencing and turnaround, and allows us to respond quickly when programmes change without affecting consistency.
