Core Conceal is a hook-on cassette system that creates consistent joint lines across the façade.

The panels clip onto a supporting carrier rail, with fixings hidden within the joint, leaving a continuous external surface with even shadow gaps and a drained, ventilated build-up behind the panels.

Core Conceal is used on commercial, residential and public sector projects, and can be installed vertically or horizontally, suiting both simple elevations and more complex façade layouts.

  • Core Cladding

UL (Underwriters Laboratories) is a globally recognised, UKAS-accredited organisation providing independent testing, certification and auditing services across the construction industry.

Core systems have been independently assessed by UL and meet the requirements of the UL Mark ‘Performance of Curtain Walling and Cladding and Rainscreen Cladding Support Systems’ certification scheme. The UL Mark is recognised by the NHBC as an accepted product certification route alongside organisations such as the BBA and Kiwa within NHBC Technical Guidance 2.1/01.

  • Core Cladding

Core systems are manufactured using A1-rated aluminium components, achieving the highest classification for non-combustibility under BS EN 13501-1.

This classification supports compliance across modern façade applications and aligns with current regulatory requirements for external wall construction. The use of A1 aluminium provides confidence in fire performance while maintaining durability and long-term façade stability.

  • Core Cladding

Core systems have been tested in accordance with CWCT standards to demonstrate façade performance under a range of environmental conditions.

Testing covers air permeability, water penetration, wind resistance and impact performance, providing assurance of long-term durability and reliable system behaviour. This supports consistent performance across commercial, residential and public sector applications.

  • Core Cladding

An Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) provides transparent information on the environmental impact of a material across its lifecycle, based on independently verified data in accordance with recognised standards.

Luxeclad aluminium used within Core systems is supported by an EPD, providing clear information on material sourcing, manufacturing and environmental performance. This supports informed specification and contributes to wider project sustainability requirements, including BREEAM and other environmental assessment frameworks.
