Kingspan RF-Design
RF-Design is a recessed fix rainscreen façade system designed to achieve a clean cassette appearance with flexible panel layouts and efficient installation.
Manufactured from aluminium or Corten weathering steel, the system uses recessed colour matched rivets within panel joints to create a consistent façade finish. Available in flat, shadow and tapered cassette profiles, it allows a range of architectural expressions across modern building envelopes.

RF-Design combines the appearance of a secret fix cassette façade with a practical recessed fixing system.
The system uses folded cassette panels restrained on all four edges with colour matched rivets set within recessed joints, creating a clean and consistent façade finish. Available in flat, shadow and tapered profiles, it allows variation in depth and form while maintaining overall façade consistency. Manufactured from solid aluminium or Corten steel, the panels provide durability, corrosion resistance and long-term performance in external environments.
Designed for ventilated rainscreen applications, RF-Design can be installed in portrait or landscape formats to suit different façade layouts. Its lightweight cassette construction supports efficient installation, while a wide range of finishes and configurations allows flexibility across commercial, residential and public sector projects.
