OBEX CORTEX 0270FR Score’N’Snap Cement Sheathing Board is an A1 non-combustible board designed for durability, fire performance and a stable façade substrate.
Designed as a lightweight hybrid cement board, Score’N’Snap combines the weather resistance and strength of traditional cement boards with the workability and installation speed typically associated with gypsum-based boards.

OBEX CORTEX 0270FR Score’N’Snap® Cement Sheathing Board is a high performance external sheathing board for modern façade systems.
Manufactured using a reinforced cement-based composition, Score’N’Snap delivers excellent durability and weather resistance while staying lightweight and easy to handle and install on site. Its A1 non-combustible classification to EN 13501-1 suits projects requiring enhanced fire performance, while moisture and mould resistance help maintain long-term reliability in demanding external environments. Unlike traditional cement boards, its design lets installers cut boards quickly and cleanly without extensive dust or specialist tooling, improving installation efficiency on large-scale projects.
Suitable for steel frame wall systems, modular construction and rainscreen cladding, the board can be installed horizontally or vertically and is compatible with dedicated OBEX fixing and sealing accessories. Its ability to remain exposed to external weather during construction adds programme flexibility while maintaining structural integrity and performance.
