A.Proctors Wraptite
Wraptite is a self-adhering external air barrier membrane from Proctor Group, designed to provide airtightness while remaining vapour permeable.
Wraptite is made from a three-layer polypropylene laminate with a vapour-permeable acrylic adhesive, bonding directly to most substrates without primer. It’s used on external walls, warm roofs and floors, and suits framed buildings and modular construction where a continuous, airtight layer is needed on the outside face of the structure.

Wraptite is an external airtight solution designed to reduce air leakage by forming a continuous barrier on the outside of the building.
It helps reduce penetrations through the internal build-up by moving the air barrier to the external face of the structure, supporting a more continuous envelope across walls, roofs and floors.
It is used on external walls, warm roofs and floors, particularly in framed and modular construction where airtightness and vapour permeability are required within the same system.
