illbruck ME003 is a vapour barrier for insulated wall, roof and ceiling build-ups.
illbruck ME003 is a polyethylene vapour control membrane designed to improve airtightness and moisture control. Developed for insulated wall, roof and ceiling applications, it helps reduce the movement of warm moist air into the building envelope while supporting airtight construction, and is lightweight, flexible and tear-resistant.

illbruck ME003 provides vapour and airtight control within insulated building assemblies.
Installed on the warm side of construction, it helps protect insulation and internal building components by controlling the passage of vapour through walls, roofs and ceilings. ME003 is a 3-ply co-extruded polyethylene membrane and is compatible with illbruck window membranes and adhesives.
It uses high-grade polyethylene granulates to maintain vapour diffusion resistance comparable to typical 160 μm PE vapour barriers, despite its reduced thickness, making it suitable for applications where consistent vapour control and airtight performance are required.
