Rockwool SCB
Rockwool SCB Sleeved Cavity Barrier is a stone wool cavity fire barrier designed for masonry cavity walls in timber and steel frame constructions.
It consists of stone wool insulation strips encapsulated in a protective polythene sleeve and is fitted under compression to inhibit the passage of fire and smoke within cavities. When used at junctions such as between party walls and external cavities, it forms an effective perimeter edge seal and helps reduce flanking sound transmission.
- Tested in accordance with BS EN 1366-4:2021

- Weather-resistant polythene sleeve.
