Knauf Rocksilk® EWI Slab
Knauf Rocksilk® EWI Slab is a rock mineral wool insulation slab designed for use within external wall insulation systems on masonry and concrete walls.
The slab is installed to the outside of existing or new buildings as part of an EWI build-up, helping improve the thermal performance of external walls. It is suitable for use with silicone and mineral render systems, giving flexibility across different façade finishes.

Knauf Rocksilk® EWI Slab provides a non-combustible insulation layer for external wall insulation systems used across new build and refurbishment projects.
Installed to the outside of the building structure, the slab helps improve wall insulation while allowing the external finish to be applied over the insulation layer. It can be fixed using adhesive and mechanical fixings or mechanical fixings alone, depending on the chosen EWI system.
Manufactured from rock mineral wool, Rocksilk® EWI Slab provides fire performance, thermal insulation and sound absorption within the building envelope. The slab is designed to work with a range of external finishes, making it suitable for different façade requirements across residential and non-residential buildings.
