Leon Resturant, Leeds

Case Study
resturant project with cladding

Gordian Building Solutions delivered a fibre cement façade for the new Leon Restaurant in Leeds, providing a durable external envelope suited to a busy leisure setting.

The scheme used 8mm Swisspearl Patina Rough P545 fibre cement panels, supplied through Gordian Building Solutions to form the main façade finish. The material was selected for its textured, stone-like appearance and subtle tonal variation, helping create a clean but characterful frontage that aligns with Leon’s design approach. Large-format panels were used to keep the elevation visually consistent with minimal joint lines.

Swisspearl Patina Rough was specified for its durability, low maintenance and stable weathering performance in high-footfall urban environments. Its through-coloured composition supports long-term consistency, while the fibre cement build provides resistance to everyday wear. Gordian Building Solutions coordinated fabrication and supply to ensure panels were delivered in sequence and aligned with site requirements.
