Gordian Building Solutions delivered a coordinated façade solution for the Dunkin’ unit within the wider development, supplying Kingspan Quadcore insulated panels to form the external envelope.
The scheme used Kingspan Quadcore KS1000RW microrib to create the wall system for the unit. The panels were selected to provide a durable and thermally efficient façade suited to a high-traffic food outlet. Their use allowed a clean, consistent external finish while also meeting the operational and brand requirements of the tenant.
The insulated panel system was chosen for its thermal performance, fire resistance and long-term durability in a commercial setting. It supports stable internal conditions and reduced energy demand, while also standing up to the demands of constant use. Gordian Building Solutions coordinated supply with the contractor to align with programme sequencing and site logistics.
