Gordian delivers a high-performance composite façade solution for Bedford Greenacre Independent School in Bedford, providing a durable and thermally efficient external envelope with a clean, contemporary finish.
The project features Kingspan KS1000RW Microrib panels supplied through Gordian Building Solutions to form the main façade. The panels use QuadCore insulation, selected for strong thermal performance, fire resistance and long-term energy efficiency, supporting the demands of a modern educational environment. The Microrib profile gives a consistent, controlled finish across the large-scale elevations.
The panels were supplied with a focus on accuracy and programme efficiency, arriving ready for installation to reduce on-site adjustment. The tongue-and-groove jointing helped achieve airtightness and consistent detailing across the elevations. This supported reduced thermal bridging and a fast, controlled installation on a large education scheme.
