At Gordian Building Solutions, we fabricate decorative cladding panels in-house for modern façade systems. Panels are made to each project’s exact requirements, which cuts down on-site cutting and gives installers a cleaner, more predictable fit once the panels arrive.
We work with materials from EQUITONE, Swisspearl, Rockpanel and Trespa, among other leading manufacturers, across a wide range of finishes and formats.

Our aim is to make the process straightforward for contractors, from the first enquiry through to delivery. We have a fully equipped fabrication facility and a team that’s used to taking a project from initial specification right through to finished, installation-ready panels.

Material use is optimised at the fabrication stage so offcuts stay to a minimum. It’s a straightforward way to keep both costs and waste down, rather than relying on anything more complicated.
Our processes follow the relevant environmental standards for the industry, and we’d rather make practical changes that actually reduce waste than add complexity for its own sake. -
The facility runs on CNC machining, beam saws and a range of specialist equipment built for high-volume runs and one-off bespoke work alike.
Programming and yield optimisation are done in-house before any cutting starts, so waste is designed out early rather than dealt with afterwards.

Our 75,000 sq ft facility in Skelmersdale has two production halls and dedicated storage, giving us room to run specialist fabrication work alongside large-scale projects at the same time.
Keeping fabrication in-house means we control quality and sequencing ourselves, and when a programme changes at short notice, we can adjust without it affecting the consistency of what goes out the door.
