Kingspan QuadCore AWP is an architectural wall panel designed for secret-fix façade applications with a clean external finish.
Kingspan QuadCore AWP combines QuadCore insulation with steel facings. It is designed for secret-fix façade systems and is intended for use in external wall applications within new build and refurbishment projects.
- QuadCore insulation core with thermal conductivity of 0.018 W/m·K
- Core thicknesses from 45 mm to 150 mm
- U-values from 0.46 W/m²K down to 0.12 W/m²K
- Standard panel lengths from 1.8 m to 14.5 m, up to 17.5 m maximum length
- Secret-fix installation system
QuadCore AWP provides an insulated façade panel solution with a secret-fix fixing method.
The panel combines steel facings with a QuadCore insulation core to support thermal performance within external wall construction. The secret-fix design removes visible fixings from the external face, resulting in a continuous façade appearance.
QuadCore AWP is suitable for a range of building applications and integrates with standard wall build-ups as part of an external envelope system.
