Kingspan QuadCore Curved Wall Panel
Kingspan QuadCore Curved Wall Panel is an insulated wall panel designed for curved external wall applications.
Kingspan QuadCore Curved Wall Panel consists of a metal external weather sheet, a QuadCore insulation core, and an internal metal liner. The panel is manufactured to form curved profiles while maintaining a continuous insulated wall build-up.
- QuadCore insulation core with thermal conductivity of 0.018 W/m·K
- Core thicknesses from 45 mm to 140 mm
- U-values from 0.39 W/m²K down to 0.12 W/m²K
- Standard panel lengths from 1.2 m to 14.5 m, up to 18.3 m maximum length
- Secret-fix installation system
QuadCore Curved Wall Panel provides an insulated solution for curved external wall construction.
The panel is formed using metal facings and a QuadCore insulation core, manufactured to achieve curved façade geometry. It is used in external wall applications where curved profiles are required within an insulated wall system.
The system is supplied with factory-finished metal surfaces and is intended for use in external wall construction where curved façade forms are required.
