Kingspan Karrier Wall Panel
Kingspan QuadCore Karrier Wall Panel is a backing panel system designed for use behind ventilated rainscreen façades.
Kingspan QuadCore Karrier Wall Panel combines a QuadCore insulation core with steel facings and a castellated tongue and groove joint. It forms an insulated backing panel used within façade build-ups and is suitable for both horizontal and vertical applications.
- QuadCore insulation core with thermal conductivity of 0.018 W/m·K
- Core thicknesses from 50 mm to 220 mm
- U-values down to 0.08 W/m²K (depending on build-up)
- Standard panel lengths from 1.8 m to 14.5 m, up to 17.8 m maximum length
- Suitable for use within ventilated rainscreen façade systems
QuadCore Karrier provides an insulated backing panel solution for façade construction.
The panel is formed using a QuadCore insulation core and steel facings, with a castellated tongue-and-groove joint forming the interlocking connection between panels. It is used as part of façade build-ups where an insulated backing layer is required behind rainscreen systems.
Kingspan QuadCore Karrier Wall Panel is supplied for use in external wall systems across new build and refurbishment projects.
