Kingspan QuadCore louvre Wall Panel
Kingspan QuadCore Louvre Wall Panel is an insulated wall panel designed to create façades with a distinctive fin profile.
The panel combines steel external and internal faces with a QuadCore insulation core and factory-applied side joint seals. It is formed to achieve a fin-profile façade finish within insulated wall construction, typically used for solar shading or architectural screening applications.
- QuadCore insulation core with thermal conductivity of 0.018 W/m·K
- Core thicknesses from 45 mm to 150 mm
- U-values from 0.43 W/m²K down to 0.12 W/m²K
- Standard panel lengths from 1.8 m to 14.5 m, up to 17.3 m maximum length
- Secret-fix installation system
QuadCore Louvre Wall Panel provides an insulated wall solution with a fin-profile finish.
The panel is built using a QuadCore insulation core between steel facings, with factory-applied side joint seals forming the panel joints. It is used where a fin-profile external appearance is required within an insulated wall system, such as solar shading or architectural screening.
The system is suitable for external wall applications where a profiled façade finish is required.
