Kingspan QuadCore Evolution Axis Wall Panel consists of a metal external weather sheet, a QuadCore insulation core, and an internal metal liner. The panel forms a flat external profile and is intended for use in external wall applications within modern façade construction.
- QuadCore insulation core with thermal conductivity of 0.018 W/m·K
- Core thicknesses from 45 mm to 150 mm
- U-values from 0.46 W/m²K down to 0.12 W/m²K
- Standard panel lengths from 1.2 m to 12.0 m, up to 17.0 m maximum length

QuadCore Evolution Axis Wall Panel provides a flat-faced insulated solution for external wall construction.
The panel has a QuadCore insulation core positioned between metal facings to form a rigid insulated build-up. The flat external profile supports continuous wall alignment and is used in façade designs where a smooth external finish is required, such as retail, education and office building elevations.
The system is supplied with factory-finished metal surfaces and is intended for use in external wall construction across commercial and industrial building applications.
