Hambleside Danelaw manufactures a range of pioneering and innovative GRP products on its continuous profiling production lines. The rooflights are manufactured using a range of raw materials, including glass rovings and mats, varying fire resistant and retardant resins and pigments. In addition, the factory operates vacuum-forming and injection moulding machinery capable of producing products with shot weights up to 1400 grams, of which most products form part of the Pitched Roofing range. Zenon in-plane composite panel rooflights, also referred to as factory assembled insulated rooflights (FAIRs), can comprise Zenon Pro and Zenon Evolution weather

sheet and liner panel configurations to suit the building requirements. Where insulated assemblies are required to meet Building Regulations and to improve building performance, the unique Insulator core or polycarbonate options can be selected. All its insulated composite panel rooflights achieve U-values which out-perform the Building Regulations Part L notional building value of 1.8W/m²K. Hambleside Danelaw rooflight products lead the market and provide customers with a legislatively compliant range that is easy to fit and perform over the long term. The team based in Daventry, Northampton, continue to develop innovative, cutting edge rooflights that meet customer requirements.
