Euroclad Elite 1

Elite System 1 is recommended for use in designs with a finished roof pitch equal to or greater than 4°. Barrel vault curved roofs can also be achieved where crown sheet end laps are equal to or greater than 2.5° finished pitch. The 32-167-1000 roof external profile is fixed to the Quattro spacer system, which creates the insulation gap between the outer sheet and the 19-167-1000 liner.
Euroclad Elite 2

Elite System 2 is a high-quality trapezoidal roofing system with a finished roof pitch equal to or greater than 4°.  It includes a Class B non-fragile walkable liner and offers a wide range of  U-Values. Barrel vault curved roofs can also be achieved. The 32-167-1000 roof external profile is fixed to the Quattro spacer system, which creates the insulation gap between the outer sheet and the 32-200-1000 MW5 liner and is available with standard or perforated sheets for acoustic purposes.
Euroclad Elite 3

Elite System 3 provides a low pitch roofing solution with continuous outer sheets with no end laps and no through fixings. A flexible design can be achieved by offering a wide range of  U-Values. The SF500 roofing sheet can used on curved roofs with a minimum radius of 50 meters, which allows ridge heights to be kept to a minimum for a clean low impact roofline.

Elite System 4 offers a low pitch standing seam roof option, with no end laps or through fixings. Elite System 4 provides the flexibility needed to achieve aesthetically pleasing yet functional designs for industrial or architectural applications.

Elite System 5 provides an adaptable, low-pitch roofing solution and can be installed to achieve a wide range of U-Values, also offering long spans and sheet lengths. The external roof profile is fixed to halters attached to the Quattro spacer system and top hats which creates the insulation gap between the outer sheet and the structural deck, removing the need for purlins.

Elite System 6 provides an adaptable low pitch roofing solution with outstanding performance and can be installed to achieve a finished pitch down to 1°. The SF500 external roof profile is fixed to the Quattro spacer system and top hats which creates the insulation gap between the outer sheet and the structural deck. The SF500 roofing sheet can be used on curved roofs with a minimum radius of 50 meters, which allows ridge heights to be kept to a minimum for a clean low impact roofline.

Elite System 7 provides an adaptable low pitch roofing solution with outstanding performance and can be installed to achieve a finished pitch down to 1°. The SF500 roofing sheet can be used on curved roofs with a minimum radius of 50 meters, which allows ridge heights to be kept to a minimum for a clean low impact roofline.

The Euroclad Trapezoidal roof profile (also known as a 32-1000F) is suited for roof pitches greater than 5°. The profile is made up of a series of corrugations, each in the shape of a trapezium, (Trapezoidal Profile) which lap together side to side and end to end, making it very easy to cover varying areas of roof quickly. The profile sheets are coated steel, but can also be supplied in aluminium, and have mastic seals located in the end and side laps. The sheets can be used as a single sheet (single skin) installation or as an external skin to a built up roof system. Finish options: Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra® pre-finished steel, Colorcoat Primsa® three layer manufacturing technology to create an optimised, robust and chrome free pre-finished steel product, Colorcoat LG plastisol leather grain, PVDF aluminium or organic patina aluminium. Euroclad’s Trapezoidal profiles can also be used for curved roofs. Cover width: 1000mm
